Science Day at OSU

And no, that's not Oregon State University in Corvallis, it's Ohio State University, at the campus in Piketon. Just a bit different :) The last Wednesday of each month (well, it got a bit off because of all the snow), the Ohio Virtual Academy and OSU put on a Science day of the homeschool kids. It was a blast. They played all sorts of games about animals (the theme for the month), got to see hermit crabs, and fish, and this bearded dragon, made their own worm farm, and learned a lot about animals. Really, it was quite fun. My kids had a blast!

Joe looks kinda freaked out in the background of that picture of Jake..and I think you forgot to put pants on him!

Ha! You couldn't see the snow boot to complete the outfit! Snazzy dresser, that one is. I know, I should pay more attention, but it's so crazy as we're running out of the house, sometimes I don't notice. And, it was RAINING! What kind of a Mom am I? Shorts, no coat, and snow boots. Lovely.

Notice the kid with the blue shirt tucked into his pants in the last picture? That's Tom!
