Turned out we needed to clean our gutters :\ Problem was solved after that.

um...I don't think that is supposed to happen. that did happen to me in college once...but what was in the light fixture was really gross. the girls upstairs' toilet broke and whatever was in the pipes and toilet ended up in our light fixtures and all over our kitchen. we didn't have to pay rent that month.
Ha! That's nasty, Erin!!! So funny - but, at least you got a free month's rent out of it! LOL!
