Have you ever played with OOBLECK? It's really kind of fun. It's a liquid and a solid at he same time. It's simply a mixture of corn starch and water. We added green food coloring. I'd recommend leaving that part out - LMBO! Look what it did to our hands!!!
I have more pics, but Tom's computer is being a big pain. I'll post them later :)

I make this every year with my students. It doesnt matter if they are in 1st grade or 5th grade, they LOVE it! Did you also read Bartholomew and the Oobleck by Dr. Seuss?
Hi all. My name is Bethany, and I'm a 35 yr old, happily married, stay-at-home mom, with 5 kids. Yes, they're all mine. And they have the same Dad. And we had them AFTER we got married.
We are an army family and ate currenly stationed at Ft Bliss Tx. And I absolutely love it here!!! El Paso is awesome!
I enjoy WordArt designing, my family, church (we're LDS), watching movies and TV (and proud of it!), and walking/exercising (most of the time).

I made it in grade school as a kid (on a much smaller scale) and loved it. I never colored it though.
We made this a few years ago and my dd loved it. She's now a teen and will still ask to make it occasionally. We only make small batches though.
Wow, that looks SO fun! We will definitely have to give that a try (minus the food coloring)!
What a fun mom you are!
